Terms of trade
Prices, payment, samples, inspection and warranty, in plain words.
Prices
Prices on this site are FOB Ningbo in US dollars per piece, for the minimum order quantity shown, and are a guide: your quotation is what binds us. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
Payment
T/T 30% deposit with order, 70% against copy of the bill of lading. L/C at sight for orders above US$50,000.
Samples
Stock samples within 3–5 days, free for up to three models; the courier is at your cost. Custom samples within 10–15 days, refunded on a first order.
Inspection
We inspect every order to AQL 2.5 (major) / 4.0 (minor) and send the report before balance payment. You are welcome to send your own inspector or a third party.
Warranty
Three years on LED products and two years on everything else, from the date of the bill of lading. We add 1% free spares to every container.
