Our engineers turn a sketch into 3D drawings and cut the moulds and press tools in our own tool room — so a change to a shade takes days, not a supplier’s queue.

Frames are cut, spun, welded and ground in-house. Every weld on a load-bearing arm is pull-tested on the first piece of each batch.

Powder coating, brushing and plating on our own lines. Colour is matched to your Pantone or RAL reference and signed off on a panel before the run.

Twelve lines, two with automatic SMT for LED boards. Wiring is checked for polarity and earth continuity at the end of the line, every piece.
100% hi-pot and earth test
Every finished lamp is lit for eight hours at 45 °C before it is boxed. Early failures happen here, not in your warehouse.

Our QC team inspects to AQL 2.5 and welcomes your own inspector or a third party. Cartons are drop-tested to ISTA 1A before we fix the packing.

Containers are loaded at our dock and trucked twenty minutes to Ningbo-Zhoushan, the world’s busiest port by cargo. Loading photos and seal number sent the same day.

A drawing, a sample, a photo or a target price. NDA signed on request before you send anything.
3D drawings, a bill of materials and a quotation with tooling cost set out separately.
Working samples made on production tooling, photographed and couriered to you.
Golden sample signed off; we run CE / UL / SAA testing with an accredited lab if the model needs it.
Mass production, burn-in, inspection and loading, with photos and the seal number the same day.

We visited three factories on our first trip to Ningbo. Tradewind was the only one that showed us their burn-in room without being asked. Nine years later our return rate on their bulbs is still under half a percent.
Daniel sorted our SAA approval before the first order shipped, and the loading photos arrived before the invoice did. That is the whole reason we stayed.
Our hotel projects never have the same drawing twice. Their shop drawings come back in a week and the assembled piece on video before it is crated. We have not had a site surprise since.
Consistent CCT across lots matters more to us than price. We test every shipment and they have never failed our incoming inspection on colour.
We asked for a colour nobody else would do in 200 pieces. They sent a painted panel for approval in four days.
