Your brand, our factory

OEM & ODM

Your design built to your drawings, or ours changed to your brief — with your name on it.

The tool room

Most of what we make carries someone else’s name. OEM means we build your design to your drawings; ODM means you choose from our designs and we change what you need — finish, size, light source, packaging — and put your brand on it.

What we can change

Finish to any RAL or Pantone reference; diameters and heights on the same tooling; light source, CCT and CRI; dimming protocol (TRIAC, 0–10 V, DALI); plug and cable to your market; box, manual and rating label in your brand.

Minimums

For finish and packaging changes, our normal MOQ applies. New tooling is quoted separately and refunded against orders above an agreed volume.

Your drawings stay yours

We sign an NDA before you send anything, and we never show a customer’s design at a fair or on this site.

  • Tooling in-house

Moulds, press tools and spinning chucks cut in our own tool room. Quoted in three days, ready in three weeks.

  • Any finish

Powder coat to any RAL, brushed, plated or lacquered brass and copper, matched on a signed panel.

  • Light source & driver

Our own LED boards and drivers: CCT from 1800 K, CRI 90+, TRIAC, 0–10 V or DALI dimming.

  • Packaging in your brand

Colour boxes, manuals, rating labels and barcodes printed to your artwork and drop-tested to ISTA 1A.

  • Certification

CE, UKCA, UL, SAA and ErP testing run with accredited labs; reports issued in your company’s name if you need.

  • NDA first

We sign before you send anything and never show a customer’s design at a fair or online.

Buyers, in their own words

Importers who came for a sample and stayed for years

Published with each buyer’s permission. We do not edit what they say.

  1. We visited three factories on our first trip to Ningbo. Tradewind was the only one that showed us their burn-in room without being asked. Nine years later our return rate on their bulbs is still under half a percent.

Martin KellerHead of Purchasing, Lichthaus Keller GmbH Germany · buying since 2016 14 containers of pendants and bulbs since 2016
  2. Daniel sorted our SAA approval before the first order shipped, and the loading photos arrived before the invoice did. That is the whole reason we stayed.

Amelia BrooksFounder, Brooks & Wren Lighting Australia · buying since 2019 Private-label chandeliers and rings, 6 containers
  3. Our hotel projects never have the same drawing twice. Their shop drawings come back in a week and the assembled piece on video before it is crated. We have not had a site surprise since.

Diego SalazarDirector of Projects, Luminaria Salazar Mexico · buying since 2021 Hotel chandeliers to drawings, 11 projects
  4. Consistent CCT across lots matters more to us than price. We test every shipment and they have never failed our incoming inspection on colour.

Hannah OkoroCategory Buyer, Lighting, Northgate Home Retail United Kingdom · buying since 2018 Own-brand filament lamps, 3 million pieces
  5. We asked for a colour nobody else would do in 200 pieces. They sent a painted panel for approval in four days.

Lucas BernardOwner, Atelier Bernard France · buying since 2022 Copper and enamel pendants, custom RAL colours
